There are very few downsides to staying in a private villa in Mallorca, but needing to go straight to a supermarket is definitely one of them.
Our Villa Arrival Package takes that hassle away entirely. Walk in, kick off your shoes and pop a bottle. Your kitchen is stocked, the table is set, and your first dinner is waiting in the fridge.
What’s included
Personal coordination from start to finish. Simply tell us what you’d like to find in your fridge and cupboards, and we’ll take care of every detail, including arranging access to your villa.
Premium arrival shopping, anywhere on the island. Your personal shopper hand-picks the very best produce, wines, drinks and literally anything else you’d like us to find, from our trusted local suppliers and the island’s best supermarkets. We deliver at the time you choose, unpack everything into the fridge, cupboards and pantry, and take all packaging and recycling away from the property. Travel and fuel are included, for any villa or private home in Mallorca.
Welcome grazing platters. The table is set, the wine is chilled and ready to pop, and charcuterie, fresh fruit, crudités and dips are waiting in the fridge.
Your first dinner, taken care of. Too tired to cook on your first night? We’ll leave a freshly prepared, beautiful meal from the best local markets, chosen around your dietary requirements, allergies and preferences. Enjoy it whenever you’re ready.
€350 including 10% IVA
Our services included in this package would usually cost over €500 when booked separately. Groceries, food and drinks are invoiced separately after delivery, at cost plus 10% IVA. A €60 surcharge applies to arrivals on Sundays and public holidays. Full terms and conditions apply.

What the package includes
The package is available for any villa or private home in Mallorca. It covers Bluelime Bespoke’s service: personal coordination and all planning; arranging access to the property directly with the villa; sourcing, shopping, delivery and unpacking of your groceries, wines, drinks and anything else you ask us to find, including travel and fuel; removal of all packaging and recycling from the property; table setting and welcome grazing platters; and collecting pre-prepared meals for your first night. The package price of €350 includes 10% IVA and is payable at the time of purchase.
2. Groceries, food and drinks
Groceries, food and drinks are not included in the package price. This includes the ingredients for the welcome platters and the first-night dinner.
Pricing. The cost of your shopping depends on supermarket and market prices on the day of the service, so we cannot guarantee a fixed total. If you give us an idea of your preferred spend before your arrival, we will shop as closely to it as possible.
Deposit. Once your arrival date is confirmed, we ask for a grocery deposit of €50 per adult guest (including 10% IVA). Shopping begins once the deposit has been received.
Final invoice. After delivery, we invoice the groceries at the price paid by Bluelime Bespoke, plus 10% IVA. For example, groceries costing €200 are invoiced at €220. The deposit is deducted from this invoice, and any amount over the final total is refunded. The invoice is payable within 48 hours of receipt, by credit card or bank transfer.
3. Group sizeThe welcome platters are designed for groups of up to 12 guests. For larger groups, please contact us and we will tailor the service to your party. An additional charge may apply.
4. Booking and noticeArrivals should be booked with at least 14 days’ notice. Your final shopping list, dietary requirements and allergies must reach us at least 7 days before arrival. If you need a shorter-notice date, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.
5. Availability, Sundays and public holidays
All bookings are subject to availability. A surcharge of €60 (including 10% IVA) applies to arrivals on a Sunday or on a Spanish or Balearic public holiday. This is invoiced after delivery together with the groceries. For arrivals during festive periods such as Christmas, New Year or Easter, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Access to the propertyWe arrange access to the villa or home on your behalf with the owner, agency or property manager, and aim to have everything ready before your check-in time. Access ultimately depends on the property. If access cannot be granted in time, we will agree the best alternative with you.
7. Products and substitutions
We hand-pick everything according to your list and preferences. If an item is unavailable, we will choose the closest suitable alternative or contact you where possible.
8. Dietary requirements and allergies
Please tell us about all dietary requirements and allergies when you book, and we will choose products accordingly. Pre-prepared foods come from third-party suppliers and may contain traces of allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.
9. Alcohol
Alcohol is only supplied to guests aged 18 or over.
10. Validity and gifting
If purchased as a gift, the package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the arrival must take place within that time. The package is fully transferable.
11. Cancellation and withdrawal
The purchaser may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the service has not yet taken place. Cancellation of a confirmed arrival date is subject to Bluelime Bespoke’s standard terms and conditions, which also cover data protection and jurisdiction.
