The core team behind Bluelime Bespoke is a trio of hospitality veterans who all have a genuine passion for great food, impeccable service and, of course – Mallorca.
Catriona is the face of Bluelime Bespoke, and the "exceptional" talent that brings the company to life and puts such enormous smiles (and sighs of relief!) on the faces of our clients and partners alike.
Her role as the director of Bluelime Bespoke encompasses recruitment and selection, administration and client relationships – and she is personally involved in every job that the company undertakes, guaranteeing that outstanding, personalised and discreet service is delivered every single time.
Kevin is a highly experienced executive chef and owner/operator of Fosh Catering here in Mallorca – which over the past 18 years he has built into one of the island's most respected premium catering companies. He has over 25 years of experience in the catering, restaurants and special events industry globally, and brings an invaluable level of local knowledge and exceptional supplier relationships to the team.
David is a passionate and driven top-level private chef with over 15 years' experience producing outstanding cuisine on superyachts, in luxury private villas, high-end restaurants and for large-scale events. Having worked and lived in Mallorca since 2004, he also brings a wealth of local knowledge and expertise to the team. David is an integral part of the behind-the-scenes operations of Bluelime Bespoke, working closely with our chefs and suppliers to ensure the quality of food, beverage and service are consistently at the impeccable level we insist on.

THE STORY BEHIND BLUELIME…
Being such integral and well-known members of the food and beverage world in Mallorca, Kevin and David have been informally providing a large proportion of the Bluelime services for many years – recommending private chefs, suppliers, venues and more for ad-hoc enquiries from friends and other contacts.
When Catriona moved to the island, bringing a great burst of energy and her impressive record in hospitality service, organisation and management, we realised that between the three of us we had the contacts, relationships, experience and knowledge to provide an all-encompassing service to the many individuals and businesses in Mallorca that are looking for a range of high-end, reliable and truly customisable hospitality services.
And thus, the idea for Bluelime was born.
The name itself came from the core of what the company was to be about:
