This Privacy Policy explains how Bluelime Bespoke collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, contact us, book our services or join our mailing list. We handle your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's data protection law (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect
We only collect the data we need to provide our services and keep in touch with you:
Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and, where relevant, villa or delivery address.
Booking details: dates, number of guests, menu choices and service preferences.
Dietary information: allergies or dietary requirements you share with us so our chefs can prepare food safely. With your permission, we keep this on file so we can look after you on future bookings.
Mailing list details: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
Payment details: we receive confirmation of payment, but card details are handled securely by our payment providers, not stored by us.
Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies (see Cookies below).

Our mailing list
If you join our mailing list, we'll send you occasional emails about seasonal menus, news from Mallorca and early access to availability. We only email you because you asked us to.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing us at services@bluelimebespoke.com. We'll remove you promptly.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with trusted partners who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
Our chefs, waiting staff and service partners, to deliver your booking.
Website and email providers, such as Squarespace, which hosts our website and mailing list.
Payment and accounting providers, such as Holded, Stripe, Getnet and Banco Santander.
Our accountant or gestor, for tax and legal obligations.
Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: up to 2 years, then deleted.
Booking and invoice records: as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires, generally up to 6 years.
Dietary and allergy information: with your permission, kept for up to 5 years after your last booking so we can prepare for future stays, or deleted sooner if you ask us.
Your rights
You have the right to:

ask us to delete your data
object to or restrict how we use it
receive your data in a portable format
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at aepd.es.
