Having worked in hospitality her entire career, Catriona, our Director, has extensive and far-reaching experience that spans managing some of London's and Sydney's largest premium entertainment and sporting venues, as well as delivering luxury hospitality in private villas and on superyachts globally.
Her 25+ years of experience in senior hospitality leadership recruitment include most recently having been the Head of Hospitality at London Stadium, a role in which she was directly responsible for all premium corporate hospitality – regularly catering for more than 3,500 guests and managing a team of up to 350 employees.
She has an innate understanding of the demands of premium service delivery, and the importance of consistent performance and longevity to employers, and consistently matches the right candidates to the right roles by having these crucial factors always top of mind.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, she is an energetic, upbeat & positive service professional. Her cumulative experience is extensive in the areas of recruitment and selection, hospitality management, training, mentoring and performance management, guest services and business administration.
Her passion is people.
